Debilitating Pain and Treatment Resistant Depression

I'm 5 years post op of a revised fusion that I originally had 2 years prior.  I've found that the less you do, the less you have to talk about.  Being defined by back pain that severely limits me along with treatment resistant depression and anxiety, both social and generalized.
One treatment I want to try is TMS (Trans-cranial Magnetic Stimulation), but the closest place I can go is almost 1 hour when there is no traffic - going thru Boston is sure to extend that.  It has to last 5 days a week for 6 weeks - I have trouble getting to my therapist once every week!
I would like to get some first-hand users who have tried this and to see if they found that TMS helped with the pain in addition to how it effected depression (improvements, difficulties, short and long term results).  I know every patient reacts to each treatment in their own way, but some feedback would be great.  I've certainly read some posts but couldn't find all that much especially if it helped with pain or other conditions.
Thanks
