    Hi shawnajesenovec16,

    Welcome :)

I, too, have si joint problems. I had one si joint injection that was very effective  (but only lasted less than a couple weeks), and another that was a total dud. You could try for another, perhaps.

There is also an sI joint belt some people have success with.

What kind of pain do you have in your si joints? Is it achy or more of a burning pain?

Have they ruled out actual disc problems?

Sorry you are going through this. My si joint pain is my worst :(

    Take care,
    Sara :)
