Mom of 4, 5 years pain.

So happy to have found this forum. 5 1/2 years ago I had a snow accident which resulted in a brust compression fracture of the L-1. At one year I had RFA of L-2 through L-4. Thus that procedure was very helpful with mid back pain. I was still left with severe low back pain. I was then diagnosed with SI joint dysfunction. Pain has taken over my life. I will be going in for my 10th procedure in a couple of weeks. I am so tired of hurting. I am only 37 and have 4 teenage children. How do you all cope?
