Just introducing myself

I am a 40 y.o. Female with degenerative disc disease. I have had one cercical fusion at c5-6 and a rotator cuff repair. I still suffer from pain due to degenerative disc disease that radiates  down my arm and the back of my right shoulder. I am in pain management to treat this. I have good days and bad days. I find that I feel my best when I eat healthy, exercise, and get plenty of sleep.

    welcome to the spine-health forums.

sorry to hear about the continued pain.  you may want to read my story, there is a link below in my signature.  part of my story is that i also had pain after surgery.  after waiting for everything to heal, i worked with my doctor to diagnose that there was an additional disc that was causing my pain.  i am much better now.
