Unknown cause of pain?

Hi all.

I am not entering my third month of pain. I woke up one morning, and started experiencing odd symptoms. They have beeb progressive, and are now at the worst they have been so far. I will list them in the order they started, however they are all still occurring.

Abnormal vaginal bleeding (after sex, during ovulation)
Pain in lower left abdomen
Pain radiating into left inside leg/groin
Upset urinary system - increased frequency and urgency (seems worse when pain is bad?)
Pain in left hip
Pain in coccyx
SPD like pain
Pain in right hip
Intermittent sciatica in both sides.

Not sure whether this is relevant (some doctors say it is) but I have had left knee pain and knuckles on one finger on left hand sore for a few months.

Laying out flat seems to help a bit. Pain isn't always there. It is worse with walking, and sitting for long periods. Pain in ado is very low, and almost feeling like a pulling pressure. Pain in coccyx is the most debilitating - it feels like its on fire some days, and I cant get comfortable in any position.

I have had 2 TVS' with gynae, which were clear. I have had an X-ray of pelvis which was clear, an ultrasound of kidneys which was clear. I have had lots of blood tests - including - pregnancy tests, CA125, inflammation, FBC, full standard panel - all clear.

I was rushed into hospital last week with my ado pain so bad I couldn't move - it felt like labour pain.
I had more tests there (some listed above). I stayed in hospital for 5 days. I saw lots of doctors, but not one of them knew what the problem was. I have been referred to rheumatology and a pain clinic.

I currently cant work, driving is difficult and my quality of life is out the window. Nobody has any  idea what is wrong. Has anyone seen these symptoms before or can shed any light?
