Had mri on lower back showed degenerative disc at l3 l4 l4 l5 l5 s1bulging disc and nerve damage and lots of medic jargon any input greatly appreciated

    i'm sorry you are suffering...what you've written sounds a bit like my history, and equals pain in my book!  also, it may help the other members here for you to describe what kinds of symptoms you are experiencing so that they can share their own stories with you if they're familiar with what you are feeling.

    what kind of treatment plan, if any, has been recommended for you based on these findings?  are you being seen by a spine specialist and/or pain management doctor?
