    So.. I rang the hospital today to see if I could find out what grad the tears on my 3discs were. The receptionist rang me back and said they were only small tears but they don't grade them. He said they can be really painful but rest. I've been in constant pain since April which is 5 months now. Does this sound normal for small tears. How accurate is an mri? I would be really grateful for any advice
