  • Hey Dale, Glad to hear that you are at home, I pray that God touches you with his healing touch and helps you to start progressing in your recovery!!!! I am up to walking about 2-2.5 miles a day now. My worse problems come at night as I am trying to sleep my neck between shoulder blades gets so tight that I can't relax and sleep, but even with this is not as bad as before surgery!!!! I still feel week and a bit run down but am getting better.. LeeLee and Olivia i pray that the Father wraps you both in his loving arms and fills you with his Love and touches you with his calm..

Hey all, I'm in rehab now it was overwhelming for my husband to care for me. I should have come here first. Please keep me in your prayers. Thank you.

Hi Dale, Sorry to hear you've gone to rehab. How are you feeling? Are you getting enough pain relief? Everything happens for a reason so maybe rehab is the best place for you to do the major part of your healing.
    Be Well,
    LeeLee
