Cracking all of my joints

summahwayssummahway Gran canariaPosts: 1
i have recently noticed my habit and intense urge to constantly crack my joints. The main one that bothers me is my back, I probably click my back every 10 minutes and sometimes it doesn't click and it makes me feel very agitated. I have been doing this for as long as I can remember but not to this extent. I recently discovered a way of clicking my back more often by twisting my body or holding my hands behind my back and pushing my shoulders back, it is satisfying but doesn't last too long before I get the urge to do it again and if I don't then it's feels as though my back is tightening also whilst laying down if I breath in heavily it also clicks. I'm just getting a bit worried that it will get worse or cause problems. i also click my toes, anckles, knees, wrists, fingers, elbows, kneck, andalsomyjaw which is a bit extreme I just want it to stop, I haven't yet seeked medical advise I'm just interested to see if others go through is too. Thank you
