Post-Op Artificial Cervical Disc Replacement numbness

Hi all it has been awhile. I have had my fourth surgery on my cervical Spine. They replaced C3-C4 With an artificial disc Sept 19-2016 . Now the area where they cut in the front of my neck is numb and it shoots electrical like pain shocks through my neck. It can really hurt at times. Has anyone ever experienced that when they had a cervical disc replaced?
