3 days post op

Hello I just had my 2nd ACDF surgery  Fri 12/23/16. The first time was 12/09 replaced my C6-7. This time my C4-5 & C5-6, Dr said I was a mess in my neck, I had excessive bone growth  and a very small canal. So he had to remove alot of bone growth.  The pain I'm feeling is horrible,  I feel like razor blades in my throat, it's hard to swallow anything even water. Forget about anything soft It gets stuck and I have to cough it out. It almost feels like its closing up on me and im gonna choke. My neck is also soo swollen almost triple in size. The pain in the back of my head and in my shoulder is like someone hitting me with a two by four. The pain meds only take the edge off. I know I just had major surgery a few days ago.  But it was nothing like this the first time. Has anyone else felt like this or should I be worried , sorry so long I'm just a little scared. Thanks again
