Acute Lower Back and Pelvic Pain Mostly while Lying Down and Sitting

Hi, Please help!  About six weeks ago I started with a mile and dull right side lower back pain that radiated to pelvis.  Doc did pelvic US and came back negative.  Doc then ordered abdominal ct and this came back with slightly enlarged lymph nodes in abdomen.  Then had an MRI on spine and came back negative (just a slight bulge on L4 and Tarlov cyst on S3).  Spine specialist ordered MRI now with contrast (I did this yesterday, but have no results yet).
Long story short the pain has gotten progressively worse where it wakes me up at night (even with double dose NSAIDs).  I can't figure out why this sudden onset of this and why it is getting worse.
Has anyone had a similar experience?
