Pain from sleeping

i have previously had lower back pain which is discussed here https://www.spine-health.com/forum/discussion/88473/pain/lower-back-pain/unknown-pain-cause#latest. that was a year ago and have not had any pain since. it was also of quite a different nature. sharp pains and triggers were more from movement.

now suddenly a year later after a year with more or less no pain i am now getting pain of a different nature. i am getting lower back pain when i sleep. its not a sharp pain but a dull pain. its not as severe. but when i get up in the morning it is at its worst point. then the pain will subside throughout the day and then return at night when i go to bed. its quite depressing. been happening for a few days now. i am not sure what is causing it.

any ideas? has anyone else experienced this?
