if Cervical surgery safe? any one can help to look at my MRI

Hi ,
I am 37 year old man with job is IT. I have many years of wrong sitting posturee. and many years neck pain.
I just get a MRI. any one can give me some suggestions.
I currently I think I do not have much symptoms (maybe have and I don't aware it)
My questions are
     Do I need surgery immediately?
     If not , when do surgury such as after 3 years or 5 years etc

It lookslike all other are fine just the cord is implemented. Don't know how severe of it.
Another is I have multiple levels hernation that may be difficult for surgury such as ACDF?

    Your questions are best answered by having a discussion with your surgeon and your primary care physician - then you will need to take the information that they give you and the amount of pain that you are in and make the decision about surgery.

    There are members on this forum who have had success with non-surgical methods including, PT and yoga.  I am not one of them, I have had two neck surgeries.
