New member with severe right stenosis bulging discs in L3,L4,L5-SI

I am a new member that has been diagnosed with foraminal stenosis in L5-SI and 3 bulging discs as stated in title of this post. I have been dealing with non stop pain since October 2014. I am up late due to discomfort and pain tonight, so thought I would just drop a few lines to kind of break the ice for myself. I have read a lot of posts on here and now know I am not dealing with this alone, and that there are many others out there that are in the same situation I am. I have tried chiropractor, therapy 2 times, pills narcotic and non narcotic, and everything except injections and surgery, but have not found complete relief. I am just feeling drained trying to fight the pain everyday the last few years. I am grateful that this forum exists to that we can read the positive stories of some and inspiration to move forward, plus a forum where one can come when they feel that nobody else around them can understand what they are experiencing.
