Hi, I'm new and still figuring my way around the boards...
I greatly appreciate the existence of this site and thrilled I found it.
Can anyone describe to me what it is like to have all T-levels AND all -L-levels fused?
I had all my T-levels done years ago, and due to exercise diligence -- I never noticed much limitation. I can touch my toes and do all sorts of things, barely ever noticed having so much fusion.
However, now I must have all the L-levels fused as well, and I'm concerned about what that is like, movement-wise. I know what the surgery is like (no surprises there), but I'm talking about what comes way after...?
Note: spinal fusion for scoliosis with Harrington Rod, all T-levels, many many years ago. Now, due to continued lower-back scoliosis and degenerative disc issues and pain, must have L-levels fused.
