Neck/head pain 2 years after C7 chip fracture

hi everyone,
two years ago I fell and hit the back of my head on a metal pole and sustained a chip fracture at my C7.  I wore a Miami J collar for 3 months and that was pretty much it. No pain....until now. I have moderate pain in my head and neck.   sometimes the pain is on both sides of my neck radiating up, other times I feel it near my jaw joints (both sides), sometimes behind my teeth, sometimes at the base of my head.  The symptoms get worse when I do things like read or type on the computer.  I'm really not sure if the pain is related to my fracture.  Just wondering if anyone has had similar problems.

    Hello onthecouch!
Curious if you have seen your PCP about your symptoms and what causes them to worsen.
I would think that's a good start to try and rule out issues with your two year old injury.
