hi all I'm new to this group and I'm looking for advice. Last March I started to get really bed neck pain with a god awful headache, tingling between shoulders numbness in arms, tingling in my face. My doc advised an MRI which came back showing age related spondylotic changes, right side foraminifera narrowing due to disc and osteopyytic material, and a disc bulge c5/6. I have had physio which didn't help,I have had cortisone injection which made my headache worse an my face symptoms worse, I see my consultant again on 28th Feb and I'm worried he's going to suggest another injection, I'm fed up with the pain, what other treatments are there. Thanks Kim
