Lifted something accidentally after fusion surgery

Is there anything I can do to try to still fuse properly after I accidentally lifted something about three weeks after my fusion surgery.  I had a full up-and-down (from lower spine to my neck) fusion, new rods, new screws, etc.  I felt the pain almost right away - and new I had made a mistake.  Is there anything I can do to hep make my surgery work once again?  Any help would be truly appreciated.
