change in back pain

Hello, i am just trying to find some answers as to why my back pain had changed. I've had pack pain pretty much my whole adult life. It has gotten a lot worse in the past 5 years. What worries me is that I used to always feel pretty good in the mornings. I would have mild to moderate discomfort during the day and severe pain towards the end of my work day. I am a chef and work on my feet sometimes long hours. I cut my work hours back a year ago because I couldn't work a 12 hour day without severe pain. The weird thing is that recently the pain seems to have changed. Lately I find it very hard to get out of bed in the morning. Getting up and getting dressed are difficult, the pain is really bad. Also I have been working more because of a new baby coming and even though there is pain the pain seems to lessen the more I move around which is the opposite of the way it used to be. This seems strange to me and I am worried. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
