Long fusion stomach distended

I had aT4 to L5 spinal fusion for scoliosis on March 9. I had some issues with constipation but it's gotten a little better, but my stomach feels upset.
My posture of course is diffetent but since surgery my abdomen looks and feels so distended. It's frustrating. I look pregnant.  It's like is it gas, swelling or am I always going to have pushed out stomach? Should I be concerned? Should I call the Dr?
I had an xray in the hospital because they thought I had am ilius but I was just backed up.

  • Are you on painkillers?  Those can cause horrific constipation.

Yes I'm on Percocet every 4 hours. But I have been going. There may be a backup as it isn't easy to go, but I feel so pushed out, even in my upper stomach .
