pain 7 weeks after asdf surgery

I had acdf neck surgery end of January 2017. surgery went fine as well as recovery.....Now the pain begins, last night i went to move my neck sound like something popped the pain was severe for a few minutes, and then pain eased up. This morning my neck is discomfort and as the day progressed the pain got worse , having some pain and now developed a headache and taken excedrin migraine and still in pain and have a headache..Should i just wait a few days or should i  contact my surgeon or primary care doctor. The pain is stricktly in the back of my head.  :( ..............................THANKS, Reney

    yep, i'd agree that a call to your surgeon is a good idea!  whenever you experience any change in your symptoms, it's always better to be safe than sorry.  even improvements help your surgeon to better guide the course of your post-surgical treatment (they like to hear good news, too!).
