Living alone and recovery from Spinal Implant (Burst)

Hi all, been awhile since i was here.... failed back surgery, DDD, Arthritis and Fibro.... so, finally giving in to the PM and having the spinal simulator implant.  I'm ok about having it done, but am concerned about the restrictions as I live alone.  I'd welcome any tips and advice on the realities of the recovery phase from anyone who managed this on their own!  Thanks in advance
