I found out yesterday I have narrowing of 3 cervical discs in my neck, disc c-7 being the worst of three. I had a cervical epidural yesterday and feel very good today after a rough week. He's pretty certain I have a pinched nerve in the neck that's been causing pain for two years across the top, front, back of the shoulder and most recently (VERY) down into the arm and fingers. I can't help but wonder if anyone else has had injections for pinched nerves and if it helped. :)

  • I never have but imagine others have. If it worked hey thats a good thing.
Iv had cortizone injections in my hips those have worked.
Physical therapy is another good thing for a pinched nerve according going by your drs orders though.
Mabye post in the spinal injection section. You may get more responses that way.
But keep it here for now and see what comes up.

I wish you all the best!!!!!
