He runs the Tissue Engineering and Stem Cell Therapeutics laboratory at Mayo Clinic in addition to his clinical duties.
He focuses on developing new approaches for tissue engineering and regeneration of bone and cartilage through minimally invasive approaches for disorders of the spine.
