The Greensboro Spine and Scoliosis Center was established by Dr. Max W. Cohen, MD to provide comprehensive state of the art specialized care for patients suffering from disease and injury of the cervical, thoracic and lumbosacral spine. Dr. Cohen's specialized training and extensive clinical experience allow us to optimize results and limit recovery time.
We believe in individual and compassionate spine care and following patients carefully through their recovery. Spinal disorders treated range from degenerative disc disease, disc herniations and back pain through complex deformities of the spine including spondylolisthesis and scoliosis. We are able to treat the majority of patients without surgery. When surgery is required innovative techniques and state of the art equipment is utilized to minimize recovery time and improve long-term results.
