Dr. Nathan S. Simpson, MD, Gillette, WY, 82716

Dr. Simpson, a Fellowship trained spine surgery specialist, and his staff provide both surgical and non-surgical care for conditions of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Dr. Simpson believes most conditions of the spine can be treated without surgery. However, when surgery is necessary, he uses the latest in advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Simpson continues his spinal surgery medical education by attending seminars and training programs several times a year to stay abreast of the latest advances in the field.

As a patient at Powder River Orthopedics and Spine, your interview and physical exam will be conducted by Dr. Simpson personally. He will spend as much time with you as is necessary to answer your questions. Dr. Simpson will personally supervise your care.

Dr. Simpson is now performing outpatient spine surgery and spinal injections at the new Powder River Surgery Center. Outpatient procedures include microdiscectomy, anterior cervical discectomy and fusion, epidural steroid injections, and implantation of dorsal column stimulators.
