Dr. Richard A. Staehler is a physiatrist, board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He has practiced medicine for over 20 years, and in a variety of settings, including as an emergency room physician, in a Veteran's Administration hospital, and at the Central Wisconsin Center for the Developmentally Disabled. Dr. Staehler was named chief resident during his residency, and as a biology student, he was awarded the G.T. Lewis Award for the most outstanding senior biology student.
