William E. Morgan practices at Bethesda’s National Naval Medical Center, the President’s Hospital. Dr. Morgan is credentialed at Bethesda’s National Naval Medical Center and Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He serves as a consultant to various United States government executive health clinics in Washington, D.C. caring for our nation’s leaders.

A pioneer in hospital-based chiropractic, he has been credentialed in four hospitals. He also holds faculty appointments at Palmer, NYCC, NUHS, and F Edward Hébert School of Medicine. He is the team chiropractor for the United States Naval Academy football team.

A veteran of military service, he has served in Naval and Marine Corps Special Warfare units. Dr. Morgan is a 1985 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic-West. In addition to many other awards he has received the American Chiropractic Association’s Chiropractor of the Year Award.
