Dr. William W. Deardorff is board certified in clinical health psychology and specializes in chronic pain and spinal conditions. Dr. Deardorff received his PhD in clinical psychology from Washington State University and completed an internship at the University of Washington Medical School. He received training in behavioral medicine as a fellow at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Los Angeles.
He specializes in early identification of high-risk cases after an injury, pre-surgical screening, pain evaluation, functional restoration program management, and medical-legal assessments.
Dr. Deardorff is the co-author of 11 books about clinical health psychology, including three textbooks.
