Dr. Jay Jolley is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon who treats patients with neck pain, back pain, and spinal disorders in and around the Tristate Area of Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. A Baylor School graduate, Dr. Jolley went to medical school at the University of Tennessee, followed by Salt Lake City for his Spine Fellowship in Orthopaedic and Neurosurgery at the University of Utah. Dr. Jay Jolley returned to his hometown of Chattanooga to provide specialty care in minimally invasive procedures, artificial disc replacement, and cervical spine surgery.

In July 2012 after many years in a large group practice, Dr. Jolley started Southeastern Spine, located at 2707 Citico Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37406. Dr. Jay Jolley is considered a leader in his profession, not just in Chattanooga, but nationally. He focuses on minimally invasive procedures with a patient centered multi-disciplined approach to spine care.
