Spinal Stenosis Explained: Video
This animated video explains the anatomy and symptoms of spinal stenosis. Stenosis of the spine is literally a narrowing or choking of the nerves as they exit the spine by enlarged facet joints in the vertebra. The pinched nerves cause back pain and leg pain during various activities.
Pain associated with spinal stenosis can be alleviated by both surgical and non-surgical treatments, depending on the severity of the stenosis.
