Dr. John E. Cook, MD, is a Pain Management Physician with Midwest Pain Clinics. While practicing he has served several prestigious positions, including being the past president of the North Carolina Society of Anesthesiologists and a former board member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
Dr. John Cook beings forth more than 25 years of Interventional Pain Management experience, and with additional training in anesthesiology, he is well versed in many different aspects and procedures related to managing a variety of pain.
