well i have passed the 5 month mark since surgery. turned 42 on Easter. been working lots of overtime since back to work and working out on a daily basis. just picked up the wii fit a few weeks ago and its helping with my posture and balance.so i would advise it. my neck feels great and more of my shoulder and arm pain is gone, aches when i use it too much. now since i have more sensation in my feet my bunions and heal spurs are bothering me. just something i may have to deal with soon! for now i'm coping by not rushing things and asking for help to lift the heavy stuff, and there are times when my body says take a break and i do!! just remember to stay positive and keep pushing forward one day at a time!!!

    Hi Cliffy

Great to hear your progress, you have done all the right things, and now able to carry on back your job and overtime so soon.

    Carry on with the wii
