Hi! I'm Ashley, I'm 25 and live in a tiny boring town in Illinois. I am mostly hear for advice and support for living with a crappy spine, LOL I have had a Microdiscectomy on L4/L5 and L5/S1 last year and now the pain is returning and I am very upset. I have no insurance now and am about ready to call my Dr again, but I'm afraid he might refuse me because I have no insurance, the pain is really screwing with my life. So, I am looking forward to talking and getting/giving advice.
