Hi , new member here . Just wondered if i can be of help to anyone, i ride extensively and am very fit but have suffered back pain for 30 years and have always put surgery off. Sadly i can no longer take nsaids as i developed acute gastritis, as a result of taking Volterol for 20 years, so watch out, it can happen to you.

Is there anyone out there who has had a Wallis spacer put in, if so, are you pleased and how long did it take you to recover,

with thanks Nutkin
