travel back support

I suffer from chronic back pain (mainly neck and shoulder) and wonder if anyone has found a good back support product that you can use for hotel beds or bad matresses. At home I have the proper matress & pillow that suits me and so am normally fine, but I find after sleeping in an old bed my back is in bits for days.

I have seen lots of pillows and wedges online for support, but nothing that gives support for the full back.

Can anyone help me with this? I'm sure there is a product out there to help.

Thanks a million!
