On a recent trip. I was hiking and slipped on a rock going down a hill. And I guess using all of my body to hold myself up so I didn't fall on my butt. I inflamed something and produced a new pain sensation that I haven't experienced before. A pinched nerve, I think. That was on the 2 day of my Sedona trip. It was painful but not drastic. But on the next to the last day I did the same thing but I slipped into a squirrel hole also. That caused a very painful "twinge" and a knife stab in my lower back that put a pretty good damper on the trip and for several days after.
With constant icing and anti inflammatories I'm just about back to the normal pain that I always have. And I think I am Grateful to be back there!
Good luck, Jim
