So i asked people for their honest opinions, and my acne kind of went away but its still all over my face. My friends said i'd be so pretty without acne, and all my guy friends said i'd be the prettiest person in the school without it. It makes me so depressed D: And all my stress makes it worse, halp?

  • That's great you're trying to lose weight but please remember that you need to change lifestyle habits for your eating. Plenty of water a must or you will dehydrate and feel the pain in your muscles. Stretching before you run. If you can join the YMCA or health club and run on a padded track would be better for your joints. Using treadmill may also be an option and dogs can use it too! Eat fruit, vegetables and protein with lots of water again stress that.
Hide your scale as this should be a lifestyle change and not do it for a one time thing. Weigh yourself once a week. Let your Dr. know you're dieting as he/she may be able to weigh you and give you guidance. So call your Dr. about your muscle pain. Take care. Charry

  • hi and welcome to the forum! :H we are here to offer you support and answer what questions we can. a good rule is to weigh only once a week. weighing every day or every other day is not a true indicator of your weight loss and can mislead you. pick a day, try to weigh at the same time, preferably in the morning after you get up, on the same day of the week, each week..if you are like some people and don't want to use a scale but would rather go by the way your clothes fit, then that is another way to judge weight loss. good luck to you and take it slow. :D a slow loss is much surer to stay off than anything you take off rapidly. Jenny :)
