Kind Of Like Burning In My Back

Hi Everyone,

I am already scheduled for my fusion on my L3, L4, and L5, for June 29th. For the past week or so I've had like a burning sensation (more like when you put Ben-Gay on your body) type of feeling in my back on the right, from mid-back to buttocks. I've been in constant pain in my whole back for 6 months, but this seems to be new. Should I saw anything to my Dr. or is this from the blown L4 and herniated L3 & L5? It's almost like a "trickling" sensation in that area.
