occular intrasacral meningocele

In January I had an MRI for a lower back injury. In the MRI report it staaed that I had a tarlov cystat S3. I recently had another MRI due to increases leg, back, butt symptoms. THe secon MRI was compaired with the first. The radiologist stated that the tarlov cyst was a occular intrasacral meningocele.
Anyone have any experience with this kind of thing? Is this something that could have been cause by the injury? I have bulging and protruding discs L4-S1 and annular tears in 2 discs.
