Upper back/spine pain after my head to bent forward?!

last week i went to a rock concert and i didn't see this guy who was crowd surfing over us so he kind of landed on my head which pushed my head pretty far down inwards towards my chest while still standing. i might of heard a few cracks but im not sure. it hurt but it wasn't nothing that felt terrible. when i got home i noticed my neck hurt but that went away the next day. However i still have this unusual sharp/deep pain on my upper middle back/spine. its almost right in between my shoulder blades (but its really hard to pinpoint the actual spot) . it doesn't hurt all the time. usually only when i run, jump, or move my head back fourth and occasionally if i sneeze or take a deep breathe. what causes the most pain is if i tilt my head down and try to push it back up against my hand. the pain is maybe a 6-7 out of 10. is this anything serious?
