Just found out today they are not going to hold my job RN charge nurse cause I've been off too long but if I want I can come back as a staff RN and work shifts but you know what I've decided that my health is way more important than my job! We live I'n a dog eat dog world and the little guy gets screwed all the time I plan on doing my rehab and try to get back to normal then i guess I'll find another job maybe in a spine clinic if We don't have our health we have nothing to all out their hang in and I'll keep in touch :S

  • Sorry about your job.

I like your plan to work for a spine clinic. Several nurses and office personal are former patients of my NS. Makes Sense to me.
  • Sorry to hear about losing your position. You are right though, that your health is number one.

It would be great for you to work in a spine clinic. We need more health care workers out there that "get it"

I am in the same boat, although not official. I am in nursing and at this point cannot see myself going back in the same capacity that I was in.

Wishing you all the best. It will all work out for you when the time is right.
