I wanted to annoit the board with my first post and also break the ice. I have lurked on this site for awhile now but decided it was time to join. Just wanted to say hello and I look forward to reading and hearing from many of you.

    In your signature it says L5/S1 microsdiscectomy, Oct 2011. Have you had your surgery yet? If so how are you doing now? Hope that you have a great recovery. Take it slow, lots of walking and resting.
