Pain Management

What can I do other than contantly taking hydracodon to aleviate this unbearable pain from my butt to my foot?

  • That's a very big question. I suffer also so know your pain. I would say IBProfun, heat/ice, and stretching. It sucks but it's better than nothing.
  • Perlandson,

If you can find out where in the back the pain is coming from you can have a cortisone injection which works on the inflammation. They can be very effective. Talk to your surgeon or a pain management doc. Cortisone is also very effective as it can be diagnostic to pin point where the exact problem is. Good luck and keep us posted.
