Well front fusion went very well ...see pic above....this was at 730 this morn and I am recooperating now. Pain is not bad...walking around and Not using cathidor.

They go in the back Wed and do the fusion.....any advice?

Fyi...flight of life copter just landed outside my window..hope everyone is OK...
