Hello, new here. I posted a couple years ago pre acdf and got a lot of good advice and two years later I am having more pain than pre-op. I was hoping someone could help me figure out why. I have no insurance but did pay out of pocket for a new mri. I was recentlly approved for ssdi and will get medicare in October but in the meantime I am getting more and more depressed irritated and disabled. I can hardly walk, daily migraines with vision issues, chest tightening (feels like an anxiety attack or heart attack), achey, stabbing, burning sensation between shoulder blades.
What is a lesion? Can they cause pain? Disc tear, is not a herniation, but can it cause pain too? I just dont see much wrong and my pcp said he can do nothing but offer me pain meds which I know is not a long term solution.
why I am in so much pain when this doesn't look that bad to me. I have pain levels that average 6/7 and spike to a 10 daily, I am shaking, sick to my stomach, vomiting, shaking, crying the works. I take percocet daily and soma for spasms, I have numb palms and feet but no diabetes? I can not continue like this and need hell the pain is wearing on my psyciand need to find some type of relief. Any informarion would be much appreciated. Thans for your time...
I try to walk, stretch, swim, take vitamins, and eat right. I am 5ft 8in and 200lbs, not obese but not skinny either. I have big bones, hands etc...
