  • Upper Back Pain is as painful or troublesome as the pain in the lower back or the neck. An injury or a strain is the most common reason for the pain in the upper portion of our backs. Although back pain in upper portion is not a common phenomenon, it can cause significant discomfort and needs to be treated carefully.

  • I absolutely agree with your assessment. Dealing with so many other issues besides the mid back pain that comes with it is even worse, arm/shoulder, lower back, chest, ribs and of course the heaviness in your legs. I no longer have a good day only mediocre and really bad days. The pain is unbearable and the meds just numb it or mask it. As you said that mid back pain isn't a common phenomenon, people just don't know what we go through.
  • Upper back pain is really painful i think you should consult with a good doctor.
  • Well some person said right things here you should follow it.
