It seems way too often I read these words in a post subject. While I can sympathize with the member and understand that they are in pain. However anytime things become Urgent, Help Now!, that is the time not to be on our boards here but going over to the Emergency Room and making multiple calls to your doctors. There is really nothing we can do here to provide urgent and immediate care.
Immediate advice, that we also can not provide. Forum rules prevent any member making medical advice to another.
Again, that advice has to come from the formal medical field.
I have read threads/post where a member is going through the medical field, is making some progress, but is still looking for advice on how to handle a situation.
The key here is situation and not a medical issue.
I am creating this thread only so that members do not build up false hopes that by using those strong adjectives that their posts will be responded to any faster than others and that the information again will only address what is at hand.
I had one member who just joined and every day for a week created a thread: I need help now, at wits end over and over.
They contacted me demanding why no one had responded to their cry of help. I tried to explain basically what I said above and they got huffy and said What is a medical site for if they can help me medically and answer all of my questions!
Do I need to say anymore?
