Hello, since 2005 I have had tingling and numbness on the left side of my face. I also had neck and pain up to my temples. Now for 2 years I have had increasing balance issues, tinnitus, ear fullness, an night my head feels like it is bobbing with my heartbeat and visional blurriness. I stay at home most of the time and have put my life on hold. My issues are very common with people with C5-C6 stenosis. My doctor is at a loss and is stuck on the mri reading of T2 signal throughout my subcortical and periventricular white in my brain. Which I think is typical of someone my age (61), I think.

But this is what my mri states about the C5-C6: Small right paracentral posterior osteophyte-disc complex causing mass effect on the anterior aspect of the spinal cord at C5-C6 and moderate right neural foraminal narrowing. There is not high-grade central spinal or neural foraminal stenosis at any level.

Also I have had fluid in my mastoid bone.

Can anyone give me some advice. I am thinking my doctor should focus on my C5-C6. Please advise, thank you!
